Fire Door Compliance & Safety

Since the Building Safety Act 2022 and Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022, building owners are legally required to prove their fire doors perform – not just install them. We supply fully tested, Certifire-approved doorsets with documentation, so you have the evidence you need for compliance checks, audits and the ‘golden thread’ of building safety information.

We help you get compliance right:

  • Doorsets tested as complete systems, not individual parts
  • Full certification paperwork provided for your records
  • Guidance on FD30 vs FD60 specification for your building type
  • Support for developers, landlords, and facilities managers

    Frequently Asked Questions

    What's the difference between FD30 and FD60?

Are timber fire doors still allowed under UK building regs?

Yes. Properly tested and certified timber doors remain widely used and fully compliant in most residential and commercial settings.

Do I need a fire door certificate?
